We have been so very
blessed to maintain this awesome Smoky Mountain haven and
to build a profitable business out of it over the past 10
years. We absolutely love what we do, particularly
making the wonderful friends we've made, but feel it just
might be time to explore other business ventures. Between
now and the end of the year, I will entertain your offer to
'make me sell' this breathtaking river bluff
property, including our books, contacts and rental program,
which has proven to pay for itself. I prefer to sell the 3
adjoining properties as a unit, as it would break my heart
to split them up. Thanks be to God, we are not in a
financial bind and do not have to sell, so the offer we
ultimately consider will be generous, as we have poured much
blood, sweat and tears into building it into what it is ...
